The Oasis Paperless electronic Loan Submission system is for brokers looking for a non bank or non conforming solution for their clients. Now you can submit just one electronic application and Oasis can have it assessed by as many on bank or non conforming lenders as necessary to get you your approval.

LIXI to their great credit have a few mainstream lenders involved with their on-line lodgement system. OPeLS on the other hand offer every OPeLS lender the opportunity to receive electronic applications without obscene costs.

What makes OPeLS unique is that each OPeLS lender still gets a fully branded application form with all the information they require and Oasis with the click of a mouse can switch from lender to another lender as necessary without the broker completing anymore applications.

Oasis' goal is to have all of its 70 plus lenders using the OPeLS system giving your clients a faster approval and all from one electronic application.

Because OPeLS is on-line you can access your client's application updates when you need to. You can start an application or comeback to one later to complete it.
Privacy and Confidentiality

The OPeLS site is secure. Any information you enter in your OPeLS application is confidential and will not be seen by other users. Oasis will NEVER have direct contact with your client without your consent.

In most cases you get to set your own commission. 1% is normal. Sorry we don't do arrange loans where more than one broker is involved.
